History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Mastema has worked very hard to control her curse. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
