Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Carlin is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Carlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his silver hair up. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and someone believes him a fraud
