Description: This slender man stands about 6'7". He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shump grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shump. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: He stands about 4'4" and is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His tied-back hair is black. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
