History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sarah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now owns her own business.
