History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Jillian was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. Shipwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Cressel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cressel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Bookbinder. Mary is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Spice Merchant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Imsh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
