Her rusty crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
