Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Guard mother left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
