History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his youth he was a Ploughman, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
