Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Gormogord was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He takes great joy in being the best Beggar in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
