Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Altho was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Altho liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'4". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
