Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
