Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
