Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her green crest is heavily combed to the left. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson green hat.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Surina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Surina was taken on many hunting expeditions. She worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
