Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Burgell and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
