History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family
