Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Through the years after Kairon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Kairon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
