Personality: Beast speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A true patriot, Beast would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Beast was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to be a sailor again

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longswords and longbows. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Left-Handed grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Left-Handed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Nyx and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and regain custody of her son
