Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a large blue jacket. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is renowned for her bright green dresses and hats. Her crest is rusty and very short. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Hethress hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her parents enrolled her in a Cleric school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has moderate length golden hair. Her eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a Cartwright soon after.

Motivation: To be a Herbalist again; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, green shirt, and tan tie. Her red hair is wavy and long. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Trym never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to share knowledge with the world
