Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Kelter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
