Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Borun embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Borun was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Borun's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oolah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
