History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ethereal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Beast embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Beast and his spouse have recently divorced.
