She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Spear hails from a village terrorized by drow. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
