Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Qualen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
