Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her pickaxe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly pickaxes and shields. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are silver and catlike.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. During his travels, Rimple and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Rimple discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Rimple fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She takes great joy in being the best Hunter in town.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She became a Hunter soon after.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is unsatisfied with her job
