Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. He sports a flattop hair cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ruler who has hired him part-time. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Antinua hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
