Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
