Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Zook began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To protect his home; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born in the south. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
