Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. He has worked as a Dyer like his mother before him.

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
