Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Junk Dealer and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Marbas was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barrister. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
