Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This slender man stands about 5'8". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His white eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Valafar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a fancy black suit. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the east to a Banker, Grom learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants revenge against illithids
