Description: This late middle aged man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society and is in decent physical shape. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with her Fortune-teller mother left her crippled. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Torz took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion
