History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Godfrey is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Godfrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Godfrey. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
