History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Phelaia was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a whip and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
