Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mardred studied abroad. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Junk Dealer profession.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Carter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and expand her business

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a great chef.

History: He got into the Assassin business at a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
