History: He was born in a small plains village. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Kithri speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Kithri lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Armorer and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Gesrethe liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Zedaar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to prove his worth to the world
