Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a morningstar on his belt. He carries a battered sword and tarnished morningstar as well. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Brottor took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Performer. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Huru was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Nordak was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. After a long history of fighting, Nordak and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
