History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
