History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paggen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Merchant father left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Bucklal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
