He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Halander was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carpenter. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
