History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
