History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Paggen's homeland. Paggen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Roofer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
