Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His golden hair is still thick. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This man wears baggy black pantaloons and a blue scarf. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his right hand. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to end her boredom

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
