History: Kipper was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.
