Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kasdeya was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has dyed her greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle
