Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Smoking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Smoking. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 2'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available she will default to her glaive. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Harriet is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: She is renowned for her bright white dresses and hats. She has dyed her greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Vorka was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Vorka was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Vorka's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is long and red with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Faran was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has worked as a Tanner like his mother before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
