History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Abad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Abad. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Lerissa was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Unemployed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Guard, but she got bored and became a Blacksmith. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
