History: He comes from a rich western family. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fletcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
