History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Carlin was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Carlin's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skoth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
