History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Borun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

History: John was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
