History: Born to a Tanner, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and wishes to resurrect an old love
